dredd...you have the 75 car listed above as Tony Cunningham...Actually if I am not mistaken, that was Mike Sneed. Seeing the post of the 8 car today made me think of that. I remember he was 8 for a couple of years and drove for Barber Motor company. Then when Cunningham bought them out, Mike worked for them, and then was a Cunningham backed car, and I think changed the number that year...... I am saying that was like 89-90ish... Not positive, maybe someone else can tell me if thats right or not?

Here's what I got.
Mike ran the 8 in 1988. I show his best finish was 4th in a 35 lapper on 6/11/88. He also finished 5th in a 200 lap race on 5/7/88.
In 1989 I show him running a bunch of races in number 101. The sponsor was Cunningham / WBVR. He did finish 4th in the Ford Dealers 225 on July 8 in the #75.
Then in 1990 I show him in three races with no car number.
I also remember David Green driving the 75 in a couple of races in 1990. He finished second to Jeff in that "Triple Crown 150" thing they did and fifth in the Ford Dealers 200 on July 14. Tony Cunningham finished 10th in that race in a number 23.
So I think the 75 is either Mike Sneed or David Green, depending on when the photo was taken.
Changing subjects, check out the top ten from that Ford Dealers 200 on 7/14.
1 - Jeff Green 2 - Dan Ford 3 - Michael Waltrip 4 - Harry Gant 5 - David Green 6 - Chubby Crowell 7 - Dorris Vaughn 8 - Newt Moore 9 - Mark Green 10 - Tony Cunningham
Among others in the field were Roy Payne, Phil Spickard, Jerry Coble, Andy Kirby, Jeremy Mayfield, Chad Chaffin, Sterling Marlin, Darryl Sage, and Mike Reynolds.
Are you kiddin me?? That kind of talent in a local Saturday night Late Model Stock Car race??
